Account responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Organization data

Organizations retain ownership of the procurement data they add to Proqora.

AI assistance

AI output is decision support. Users remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and approving actions.

Billing and payments

Paid plans, invoice payments, and provider processing may be handled through configured payment partners.

Fair use

Users may not misuse the service, bypass controls, abuse supplier workflows, or attempt unauthorized access.
